Resite Information Technology and RentGrow Combine Forces for Automated Lease Application Collection and Resident Screening
ResiteIT and RentGrow have announced a partnership to streamline the online leasing process for users of ResiteIT’s LeadToLeaseSM and RentGrow’s TotalScreen. With this new integrated solution, property managers can save time and accelerate the leasing process by eliminating repetitive data entry during the application and approval steps. Working together, LeadToLeaseSM and TotalScreen can provide a complete and efficient leasing platform with little to no data entry required by property managers.

With the new integrated system, applications can be collected online electronically through the ResiteIT LeadToLeaseSM online application. Prospects can initiate an electronic payment for their application and hold fees. Applications submitted online can be printed out onto a community’s standard lease application. Once an application is submitted, resident screening through TotalScreen is initiated from the ResiteIT system for instant results. Community managers eliminate the need to re-enter data into the screening system, allowing for screening through RentGrow’s Total Screen to be completed with the click of a single button. By integrating systems, ResiteIT and RentGrow are able to significantly reduce data entry, improve data integrity and save significant time while approving new resident applications.

Blue Moon Software Interfaces with LeadToLeaseSM to Ease Data Entry at Communities
Communities using the Texas Apartment Association's Blue Moon Software, or any Blue Moon form processing product can now add additional capabilities to their online lease application. With the addition of LeadToLeaseSM, developed by ResiteIT, communities can now post a branded online application wizard and collect online payments from prospective residents for application fees and deposits. LeadToLeaseSM and Blue Moon interface to reduce data entry for the community, and the addition of online payment acceptance speeds the processing time and eliminates the need to collect payment from the prospective resident after the application is submitted.

The Tipton Group, Dallas TX
The Tipton Group has chosen to add a community page for Fox Hills Apartments. Tipton built a corp website in 2002 and now looks to expand the benefits of online marketing with an individual community site, at it's own community website address.
