Interns will participate as an integral member of a professional web development team serving a national client base. In this role you will primarily be responsible for content implementation though our web-based control panel as well as basic HTML changes. Depending on experience and time availability, conversion of photoshop mockups to vaild HTML and CSS, and graphic design opportunities may be available.

In this Outside Sales role, you will be responsible for the direct sale of ResiteIT products and technology services, primarily in an assigned geographic territory. The position is also responsible for identifying and qualifying new prospects, and maintaining existing customers with the help of an Account Management team; the development and execution of a sales plan to achieve an assigned sales quota; providing detailed product information and coordinating demonstrations; and developing formal proposals including pricing.

Experience Required:
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a face-to-face business-to-business sales environment; demonstrated experience selling complex technology solutions, large-scale software systems (ERP/CRM), or other comparable web-based or ASP technology. Experience selling in multifamily real estate or related sector is preferred but not required.
Location:
Indianapolis or Bloomington, IN is preferred, but remote location is possible for a candidate with extensive experience and existing relationships within the multifamily industry.
