Liss Property Group needed a technology partner who could help them develop an effective marketing website, provide a powerful customer relations platform, and build and host their email accounts. In our first month after launch, we have had an increase in office productivity, resident satisfaction, and the number of leases signed.
With LeadToLeaseSM, my managers have been able to track the prospect to applicant to resident process from start to finish. Prospective residents have been able to inquire about apartments directly from the website. In addition, prospective residents can apply online directly from our website using a credit card which automates the application process, especially for out of state residents. We have been able to follow up all the applicants that have viewed an apartments and have turned many more leads into leases and this is just the first month.
Liss Property Group's current residents have been extremely excited about the use of our website to pay rent online, submit service requests, get company phone numbers, submit surveys, read community monthly newsletters, and even build up points to earn resident rewards to shop online. Residents are able to log into a personal resident portal to pay by electronic check or by credit card for rent, late fees, and even utilities. One of the main concerns of our residents were that many of them did not have a computer to access the new conveniences of our company. With the resident portal, my managers can assist residents by accepting payments over the phone and manually posting their transactions for them.
It has been a win-win situation for our company and our residents, and this is just the beginning. ResiteIT has streamlined my company's operations, requiring less time on collections and application processing , and spending more time concentrating on proactively leasing apartments. Resident Communication Center Added to ResidentHubSM
Community Managers can now target email communication to residents and send mass email communication to individuals or selected groups of residents. Residents can now be reached for important announcements, renewal information, and notices, as well as surveys, and moving assistance. Messages can be targeted by building, lease terms, and demographics.
This new feature will come standard with all ResidentHubSM subscriptions, and will be available to all current subscribers in May.

National Apartment Association Expo Las Vegas; June 24th-26th

Echelon Communities has launched their new corporate website that advances their online leasing capabilities and resident services. EchelonCommunities.com includes advanced corporate features and community listings, and provides a new platform to drive their leasing activities and customer service for their communities in Florida, Tennessee and Texas.
S & H Realty Management, Minneapolis MN / Dallas TX
S & H Realty has selected ResiteIT to launch a new corporate website, as well as community websites for all of their communities in Texas, Nevada and Minnesota. Each community will utilize the LeadToLeaseSM platform, as well as online rent and application fee payments. S & H Realty is also adding custom online forms and intranet content for employee management.
Scully Company, Jenkintown PA
ResiteIT will be adding ResidentHubSM and LeadToLeaseSM functionality to the Scully Company corporate website. With one easy step, and without extensive development costs and internal training, Scully Company was able to add new leasing and customer service features to their current site. A new, custom interface will also be added to the existing site so community managers can manage website content and edit photos, text and more. Through the ResiteIT partnerhsip, Scully will have better control over their online marketing program.
