Echelon Communities, LLC aimed at replacing their old corporate website with something that would play a larger role in their marketing strategy. The existing website did not provide the community content that they desired. ResiteIT helped them launch a new re-designed website with extensive community features, such as printable floorplans, Internet specials, photo slide shows, and printable brochures.

Echelon uses LeadToLeaseSM to increase lead generation and accept lease applications online, each increasing the impact of the new website. Additionally, the website includes a section designated for Current Residents, focused on serving their existing residents for additional conveniences and enhanced communication. ResidentHubSM is central to this resident focus. Echelon chose to brand the ResidentHub as 'EchelonPortal', and residents have already taken advantage of this service in large numbers.

The website launched in Spring 2004, and already Echelon Communities has seen the value. In just two months, more than 20% of the residents at every community have utilized the new resident services for payments, maintenance requests, and ResidentKiosk bulletin boards.

Dynamic Floorplans for MarketingWebsitesSM
ResiteIT released a new Printable Floorplan option for MarketingWebsitesSM, offering a dynamic solution to display floorplan images, pricing, deposits, square footage, amenities and more. Prospects are prompted to print the floorplan summary on the website. Specials can be printed to prompt them to visit the community.
